I Love My Crockpot - a little too  much, I fear

Seriously, my crock pot is one of my most favorite possessions.  As a mom who teaches piano lessons a couple nights a week right until dinner time, I use it a LOT. And, also, it is so cute!  This is actually my brand new one. (Merry Christmas to me!)
Last night I played around with a recipe I found of Pinterest, and the result was A.MAY.ZING. So, I thought I'd share it.

"Could Be a Restaurant Meal Creamy Tortellini and Sausage"

Ingredients:
1 pound Italian ground sausage, browned and drained
4 cups broth of any kind (I used beef)
2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
1 8 oz. brick cream cheese, cubed
1 box frozen creamed spinach
1 bag frozen cheese tortellini

Throw it all in the crock pot and cook on low 4-5 hours, or high 2-3. Stir occasionally to break up the cream cheese. Serve with warm, garlic bread. Oh, so easy and sooooooo yummy!
